NDA & Confidentiality Policy

Confidential by default

Your idea is your business. Anything you share with Classified AI LLC during an inquiry or strategy briefing — product concepts, market research, business plans, technical details — is treated as confidential, whether or not a formal agreement is in place yet.

Formal NDAs

We are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion. If you have your own NDA, send it with your inquiry; otherwise we can provide a standard mutual NDA for both parties to sign.

What we don't do

We do not share client project details with third parties, use one client's confidential information for another client's benefit, or publicly reference an engagement without written permission. Portfolio items appear on this site only with the client's consent.
